Administrative Procedure Act

The Administrative Procedure Act lays down provisions on the use of authorities' services and consideration of administrative matters. The Act entered into force in the beginning of 2004.
The Administrative Procedure Act contains provisions on the foundations of good administration and on the procedure applicable in administrative matters. Provisions on the filing and consideration of matters and service of decisions, among other things, are laid down in the Act. The Administrative Procedure Act also contains provisions on the procedure to be followed in the consideration of a request for an administrative review.
