The aim of this final evaluation is to analyse the results of the Advisory Board’s work in
relation to the expectations of those involved in the work, to assess its successes, and to make
proposals to develop the activities of the Advisory Board during its next term.

Action Plan 2017-2021
According to the present action plan, the advisory board’s strategic objectives for the current four-year term are to strengthen the autonomy and viability of civil society and to recognise global change factors. The action plan describes the status of civil society and changes in the operating environment as well as the role, tasks and communications of the advisory board.

Purpose and tasks of the Advisory Board on Civil Society Policy
Provisions on the activities of the advisory board are laid down in the Government Decree on the Advisory Board on Civil Society Policy (269/2007). The purpose of the advisory board is to promote cooperation between civil society and public authorities.
