Asetuksen tarkoituksena on kumota voimassa olevan asetuksen 1 §, jonka sisältö on lisätty positiivisesta luottotietorekisteristä annetun lain 7 §:ään (HE 43/2025 vp). Ehdotettu muutos koskee säännöksiä luoton käyttötarkoituksista.
