Finnish citizens who have reached the age of 18 have the right to vote

All Finnish citizens who reach the age of 18 years no later than on 28 January 2024 are entitled to vote in the upcoming election, regardless of their place of residence. The same voting register will be used in the first round and in the possible second round, which means that the same persons are entitled to vote in both rounds.
